A high molecular weight polymer emulsion. It is designed to be efficient in fresh water and brines at up to 200K total dissolved solids. Formulated to invert quickly with minimal shear for maximum effectiveness.  
 
Typical usage levels range from 0.5-1.0gal/1000gal in water. Higher loadings of FR-400 HB may be needed in brines greater than 150K TDS. Pilot testing is recommended before use.
